force me to ~ で、〜するように私に強制する、という意味です。
両親が、forced me to go to the cram school で、
「両親が、塾に行くように私に強制した」という意味です。

My parents made me go to the cram school も同様です。
I had to〜、は〜しなければならなかった、
I didn't want to, but 〜、は、私は嫌だったけど、〜、という意味です。
口語で言いやすく理解されやすいです。
They made me go thereは、彼ら（両親）に、行かされた、という意味です。
「無理やり」は英語で "by force" と言います。なので、"I was forced to..." と言うと「無理やり〇〇させられた」と言う意味になります。また、"They forced me to..." 「〇〇に〇〇をやらされた」と言う風にも言えます。
例文：
"I was forced to go to school as a child. " 「子供の頃学校に無理やり行かされた。」
"They forced me to take this home." 「これを無理やり持って帰るように言われた。」
