「鍛える」→「To train, To develop」
「心身」→「Mind and body, Body and soul」
英語では「心身」とあんまり言わないのですが、「Body and soul」が一番ふさわしいフレーズだと個人的に思います。
なので、まとめて言いますと、
「To train the mind and body」
「To develop the body and soul」
と表現しましょう。
「鍛える」は英語で "train" 、「心身」は英語で "body and mind" と言います。なので「心身を鍛える」と言うことわざは "to train the body and mind" と英語で言います。
例文：
You should train both the body and mind. 「心身どちらも鍛えた方が良い。」
