Field trip と言いますと、少し未成年の年齢の学生が思い浮かびます。保育園、小学校、中学校、高校の修学旅行ですとふさわしいです。School trip は子供の年齢でも、大学の年齢でも言います。

This hotel is reserved.
このホテルが貸切です。

This hotel is reserved for students on a field trip on that day.
その日にこのホテルが修学旅行生の為に貸切です。

This hotel is reserved only for students on a school trip tonight.
今夜、このホテルが修学旅行生だけに貸切です。
