The most precise way to state your location is either to give a geographical description of where you are - for example, "I'm just passing the Hibiya Public Hall, entering Tokyo station," or, to state the time in minutes you will be arriving at the station - as in the third example sentence.

When saying to someone that you will be 'a second' it does not mean the literal time of 1 second but rather implies that you are going to be very quick.
When we say 'around the corner' we are telling someone that we are very close to the location or in this example Tokyo Station. Another example using this phrase could be "I live just around the corner from you."

If you were meeting up with a friend and they wanted to know exactly where you are and you want to express you are almost at Tokyo Station, you can simply say, "I'm almost at Tokyo Station", "I'm now approaching Tokyo station" or "I am a couple of minutes away from Tokyo Station". All three of these sentences explain that you are very close to Tokyo Station.

Both 'almost' and 'nearly' can be used in the same way to say that you are close to, but not quite at, Tokyo station. You could also use "I will be at Tokyo station in 5 minutes" (obviously changing the number of minutes to suit where you are) which is a more precise way of saying how close you are to the station.

The two sentences you see provided above are great ways to express to your listener that you are almost at Tokyo Station. In the second sentence you will see the word near. This means to approach something. This word is appropriate for both formal and informal settings. It would make a great addition to your vocabulary.
All three of the above examples are very informal and examples (a) and (b) are not complete sentences. However, often native English speakers when speaking casually with friends will use incorrect styles of speech. Incomplete sentences, and slightly incorrect grammar creates a relaxed text tone, or conversational quality, common among English speakers that are friends. Both examples (b) and (c) also use words that are not to be taken literally, “a second”, “a flash”. These expressions are used to indicate a seemingly very short period of time.
