「都会的」は英語では urban や metropolitan になります。「雰囲気」は英語では atmosphere に相当します。

なので、「都会的な雰囲気」は英語では an urban atmosphere や a metropolitan atmosphere になります。

他の言い方は a big-city atmosphere です。
