「キモい」は「気持ち悪い」という意味で「disgusting」「gross」「make (me) sick」とかになります。もちろん、本当に病気にならなくて比喩的なことだけです。
「annoyed」は「キモい」より「ムカつく」という意味です。
なので、Ootchanさんの例文はこうなります：
If you spend time with A, I'm sure you'll find him disgusting.
Really? He doesn't look so disgusting to me.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーIf you are with A, you'll think he's gross too.
「A君と一緒にいたら、あなたも彼をキモいと思うよ」
後半部分を次のようにも言えます。
ーYou will detest him.
「あなたも彼をひどく嫌に思うだろう」
