何かが困難になることは「harder」や「more difficult」を使います。
僕の提案は：「It'll be harder to go on holidays」。
完全な文書にすると：「It'll be harder to go on holidays with a pet」。
因みに、 take holidays ではなく、 go on holidays です。
何故ならば、 take holidays は休暇を取ることで、 go on holiday はどこかへ旅行することです。
次のように英語で表現することができます。
・It'll be harder to go on trips.
「旅行に行きにくくなる」という意味になります。
harder to go で「（今より）行きにくい」と言えます。
例：
If we get a dog, it'll be harder for us to go on trips.
犬を飼ったら、旅行に行きにくくなります。
