職場で、両手に荷物を抱えている、仲間を見て「（どっちか）持とうか？」と英語で言いたい時は以下のような文がオススメです。
① Would you like me to carry one of your bags?
「その荷物のどっちか持ちましょうか？」
② Can I help you carry one of those?
「1つ持とうか？」
③ I'll carry one of those for you, if you'd like.
「よかったら1つ持つよ！」
会話の続き：「こっち（左手側を持ち上げて）持てますか？、あ〜、やっぱりこっち（右側）いいっすか？」
(Lifting his/her left arm up) Can you carry this one? Or, (lifting right arm up) actually, could you carry this one? Thanks!
ちなみにここでは one of those=one of your bags
thoseは「それら」と言う意味だけど、例えば指差しながらとか、シチュエーションの中で何のことか分かる時はyour bagsの代わりに使えます。
