It's so cold that I can't get out of bed.
Read in bed.
I don't want to get out of the futon.
I can't get out of bed during cold winter mornings!
It's impossible to get out of bed on a cold morning!
I can't get out of bed during cold winter mornings! →
It's impossible to get out of bed on a cold morning! →
「布団から出る」ことを、「get out of bed」といいます。(*^^*)

"I can't get out of bed." = 「
If you want to give a reason, for example in this case, you can't get out of bed because it's cold, you can use:
- It's too cold to get out of bed.
- I don't want to get out of bed when it's cold.
"I can't get out of bed." = 「
- It's too cold to get out of bed.
- I don't want to get out of bed when it's cold.
Under the duvet you are warm and content.
But when you breath the cold air, you see a cloud of vapour. It is freezing!
Your mind says, 'Get up,' but your body says, 'Stay!'
You ask your partner to get up and make a cup of tea for you, but they reply:
"It's too cosy in bed and too cold ouside!"
You yourself really want a cup of tea - but you want it in bed. And it's too cold to get up!
"It's too cosy in bed and too cold ouside!"
It is freezing today. I don't think I will get out of bed today.
The sentences above mean that it is very cold and you are feeling lazy to get out of your bed. Remember we say too...to..
For example: It is too hot to wear that jacket
「too...to..」
It is too hot to wear that jacket
I can't get out of bed.
I don't want to get out of the futon.
I want to stay in bed.

When it's cold in the morning, I don't want to get out of bed.
When its cold in the morning, I want to stay in bed.
I want to stay in bed when it's cold in the morning.
In the first two examples we can see that we can either use the phrase, "to get out of bed," or it's opposite, "to stay in bed," to mean the same thing. Notice that we need to use the negation, "don't," depending on which we say. In addition, we can move the sentence clauses around with, "I want to stay in bed," in the beginning and still keep the same meaning.
