まず季節ですが： 春＝spring 夏＝summer 秋＝autumn / fall 冬＝winter と言います。 服は英語で clothes または clothingです。その他には fashion （[ファッション](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/32815/)）や outfit （服装一式）とも言えますが直訳すると「[服](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/36326/)」ではないですね。例えば winter outfit と言ったら一着だけではなくセットでコート、セーター、[ズボン](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/43216/)、ブーツなどを全て合わせて winter outfit となります。winter clothesだと「冬服」となるのでセーターだけでも、他の服もあわせてでも使えます。
