「４月から新しい家族と職場で新生活が始まります。すごく楽しみです。」をナチュラルな英語に訳すると、下記言い方があります：
"From April, I will be starting a new chapter in my life. I am really looking forward to being with new family at a new workplace!"
I can't wait to start my new life(style)!＝新しい生活を始めるのが待ち遠しいよ！
New lifeだと「新たな人生」ですので少し大げさですが使えます。少し控えめに言いたい時はNew lifestyleと言いましょう。
I'm excited about all the new changes in my life＝生活に色んな新たな変化が加わってわくわくしちゃう！
「新たな変化」とは少ししつこい表現に聞こえてしまいますが、新生活と言う事で敢えてそう表現してみました。勿論Changesだけでもオッケーです。

Stating something is "a new chapter in your life" does liken your life to chapters of a book. If you get married/have a baby/get a new job/move country/etc. can be referred to as a "new chapter"!
