I am really tired today as I had to run during P.E. class.
The teacher made me do many laps during P.E. which is why I am exhausted today.
「I had to runやThe teacher made me」には強制されたと言う意味が含まれています。
やり甲斐があったかどうかにも関わらず、させられた(走られた)と言う意味です。
「体育の授業」は「P.E. class」です。Physical educationの略です。
「疲れた」は「Tired」です。もっと強調したい時は、exhaustedを使います。
「走る」と言う動詞は簡単に「Run」で表現できますが、別の言い方として「do laps(ラップ)」も言えます。

I am very tired today because in PE we had to run.
Today I am exhausted because we ran a lot in PE.
I am shattered because in PE we ran a lot.
I am very tired today because in PE we had to run.
Today I am exhausted because we ran a lot in PE.
I am shattered because in PE we ran a lot.
As you can see they are more or less saying the same thing, just phrased differently. However, one word in particular, 'shattered,' is a very British word. So, if you want to sound more authentically British, this one is for you.
I hope this helps.
Have a great day.

I am very tired today because in PE we had to run.(今日は体育で走らされたのでヘトヘトです)
Today I am exhausted because we ran a lot in PE.(今日は体育でたくさん走ったのでヘトヘトです)
I am shattered because in PE we ran a lot.(今日は体育でたくさん走ったのでヘトヘトです)
見てお分かりの通り、これらは基本的に同じことを伝えています。ただ言い方が少し違うというだけです。
一点だけ。'Shattered' は非常にイギリス的な言葉です。なので、イギリス人風に言いたいなら、この言葉がいいと思います。

良い一日を。

"in PE" clarifying which subject that I ran in. Because I ran in this particular subject it has caused me to not have a lot of energy. For example feeling sleepy and wanting to just relax.
"in PE"(体育で)と言うことで、どのクラスで走ったかをはっきりすることができます。ある教科でたくさん走ると、眠たくなったり、ただゆっくりしたくなるなどエネルギーがなくなってしまいます。
When asked "How was school today?", you want to say that you're tired because you had to run in PE. If you are really tired, you could say: 'I'm shattered' which could mean either physically or mentally tired. A more extreme version and informally, could be 'knackered'. With cockney rhyming slang, a rhyming alternative is often used, so you could say 'cream crackered' - informally of course!
"How was school today?"(今日は学校どうだった)と聞かれたときに、「体育で走らされたので疲れた」と答えたいということですね。
ものすごく疲れているなら、
'I'm shattered'
と言えます。これは、肉体的あるいは精神的な「疲れ」を表します。
さらに強い、またカジュアルな言い方として 'knackered' 。
コクニー押韻俗語では、韻を踏んだ別の言葉が用いられます。'knackered' は 'cream crackered' となります。もちろんカジュアルです!
There are many ways you can word this type of explanation. Let me first explain some of the words or phrases that mean 'really tired'.
1) 'exhausted' simply means to be very tired, especially after doing some kind of activity or task. For example, "After hiking for only two hours, I feel exhausted."
2) 'wiped out' is an informal expression that means you are very tired as well. For example, "I'm wiped out after working a 12-hour shift today."
To explain that you are tired because you ran during P.E., you can say:
"I'm really tired because we had to run in P.E."
"I'm exhausted after running during P.E."
"P.E. wiped me out because we had to run today."
これはいろいろな言い方ができます。「すごく疲れた」という意味の語句についてまず説明します。
1) 'exhausted' は「〔活動や仕事をして〕とても疲れた」という意味です。
例:
"After hiking for only two hours, I feel exhausted."(2時間ハイキングしただけだけどヘトヘトです)
2) 'wiped out' は「とても疲れた」という意味のカジュアルな表現です。
例:
"I'm wiped out after working a 12-hour shift today."(今日は12時間のシフトだったのでヘトヘトです)
「体育の時間で走って疲れた」は次のように言えます。
"I'm really tired because we had to run in P.E."(体育の時間で走らされてヘトヘトです)
"I'm exhausted after running during P.E."(体育の時間で走らされてヘトヘトです)
"P.E. wiped me out because we had to run today."(今日は体育で走らされてヘトヘトになりました)
I am completely worn out today because of the PE exercises we did at school.
The PE exercises we did at school today got me so tired that I just want to lie down right now.
I am exhausted today because of the strenuous PE exercises that the teacher made us do at school.
In the first statement, the phrase 'worn out' has been used. This phrase actually means to be extremely tired or exhausted. When you become very tired, the first thing that comes to your mind is a good rest. So, in the second statement, you stress this feeling by stating that you just want to 'lie down'.Some PE exercises can be so 'strenuous' that you become so exhausted that the only thing you can think of is a good rest. The adjective 'strenuous' actually means 'requiring or using lots of effort either physical or mental or sap your energy to the level of completely wearing you down.
So, you may say:
I am completely worn out today because of the PE exercises we did at school.
or
The PE exercises we did at school today got me so tired that I just want to lie down right now.
or
I am exhausted today because of the strenuous PE exercises that the teacher made us do at school.
I am completely worn out today because of the PE exercises we did at school.(体育の授業がしんどかったので今日は疲れた)
The PE exercises we did at school today got me so tired that I just want to lie down right now.(今日は体育の授業がしんどかったので休みたい)
I am exhausted today because of the strenuous PE exercises that the teacher made us do at school.(今日は体育の授業がしんどかったので疲れた)
Children in school in the UK have Physical Education or P.E. - this is an abbreviation of physical education. We use a lot of abbreviations
They sometimes refer to this as P.E., Games or Gym
I am tired because I had P.E. today
I am tired because I had Games today
I am tired because I had gym today
You can also use the word EXHAUSTED instead of tired. This means you are very tired.
I am tired because I had P.E.. today.
I am tired because I had Games today.
I am exhausted because I had gym today.
Hope this helps ;)
イギリスの学校には "Physical Education"(体育)あるいは "P.E." があります。"P.E." は "Physical Education" の略です。英語には略称がたくさんあります。
体育は "P.E." の他に、"Games" や "Gym" とも呼ばれます。
I am tired because I had P.E. today
I am tired because I had Games today
I am tired because I had gym today
(今日は体育があったので疲れた)
"tired" の代わりに "exhausted" も使えます。"exhausted" は「ひどく疲れた」という意味です。
I am tired because I had P.E.. today.(今日は体育があったので疲れた)
I am tired because I had Games today.(今日は体育があったので疲れた)
I am exhausted because I had gym today.(今日は体育があったのでヘトヘトです)

We had to run a long distance during PE today so I'm very tired.
"exhausted" is a way to say one is very tired. You could also say you are "worn out" or "drained."
Ex. I've been awake for 36 hours and I am exhausted.
"wiped out" is a casual way to describe your level of energy. You could also use "depleted" or "spent."
Ex. I am wiped out after working for 12 hours straight.
"exhausted" は「とても疲れた」という意味です。
他に、"worn out" や "drained" も同じ意味です。
例:
I've been awake for 36 hours and I am exhausted.
(36時間寝ていないから、もうヘトヘトだ)
"wiped out" は「とても疲れた」のカジュアルな言い方です。"depleted" や "spent" という言い方もあります。
例:
I am wiped out after working for 12 hours straight.
(12時間ぶっ続けで仕事をして、もうヘトヘトだ)
I am tired from all the running we had to do in PE.
When you have been asked about your day at school and you want to say that you are tired because you had to run in PE; then you may express this in the following ways:
-I am exhausted because we had to run in PE.
-I am tired from all the running we had to do in PE.
「今日は学校どうだった?」に対して「体育の授業で走らされたので疲れた」と答えたいということですね。次のように言えます。
-I am exhausted because we had to run in PE.(体育の授業で走らされたのですごく疲れた)
-I am tired from all the running we had to do in PE.(体育の授業で走らされたので疲れた)
It was exhausting because I had to run in PE today.
Since someone asked you how school was, the best way to answer is to describe school itself which is why I start the sentence with "it was exhausting." Almost all native speakers should know that PE is short for physical education so you don't have to say the whole phrase. I hope that this helps. :)
