日本の子供に使われる「いたいのいたいの飛んでいけ」のような言い回しは、英語でも"Pain, pain, go away."と言う表現が存在します。このフレーズは痛みを飛ばしてしまうという希望を示しており、日本語と英語の表現が非常に似ていると言えます。「Pain」は「痛み」を、「go away」は「去る」「離れる」を意味します。
なお、子供が怪我をしたときではなく、苦しみや困難に直面している場合には、"Hang in there"（がんばって）、"You'll get through this"（これを乗り越えられるよ）、などの慰めや励ます伝えることもあります。これらのフレーズからは、具体的な困難に直面しても、最終的にはそれを克服できるという強い意志や精神的な支持を伝えることができます。
子供が怪我をしたとき、特に小さな打撲や切り傷のときには、"You'll be okay."（大丈夫だよ）、"It will heal soon."（すぐに治るよ）などの慰めの言葉を使うのが適しています。これらのフレーズは、子供に対する慰めや気遣いを伝えつつ、一時的な怪我とその回復を期待する表現として良く使用されます。
"Let me kiss it and make it go away !" は、「そこにチューして、痛いのを飛ばしてあげるね！」というニュアンスです＾＾
"let me~" は、「（私に）〜させて」という意味なので、"let me kiss" で、「チューさせて」という意味になります。
そして、"go away" は、「どっかに行っちゃえ〜！」という意味です。
またその前にある"make" が、「〜させる」という意味の使役動詞なので、"make" とくっつく事で、「どっかに飛ばしちゃうね！」という意味になります＾＾
ですので、
「私にチューさせて、そしてそれ（＝痛み）をどこかに飛ばさせちゃうね！」というのが転じて、「そこにチューして、痛いのを飛ばしてあげるね！」となる感じです＾＾
