久しぶりのレッスンで少し疲れちゃった。って英語でなんて言うの？

1) I haven't had a lesson for a while so I'm tired.
「しばらくレッスンしてなかったから疲れたよ。」
I haven't had a lesson for a while. 「しばらくレッスンをしていなかった。」＝「久しぶりのレッスン」と言えます。

2) It's been a while since we had our last lesson so I'm a bit pooped.
「最後のレッスンからしばらく経ってるからちょっと疲れたよ。」
こちらはもっとカジュアルな言い方です。
「疲れた」をスラングで I'm pooped. とも言えます。

レッスンが終わった後、そのことを振り返って、過去の体験談として話しているときの感じです。

for the first time in a whileは「久しぶりに」の意味。
for the first time in 2 weeksなら「2週間ぶりに」
for the first time in 3 yearsなら「3年ぶりに」

I got tired because it's been a while since my last English lesson.
久しぶりの英会話レッスンだったから疲れちゃいました。

a while since my last English lesson と言うと「最後のレッスンからしばらく経った」というニュアンスの英語表現になります。
