大きければ大きいほど = as big/large as possible, the biggest/largest one (possible), the biggest/largest one (you sell/have)
良いのか = is it good?
大きすぎ = too big/large
ダメなのか = is it bad?

店員や社員に聞きたいなら、「should」や「recommend」をよく使っています。
"Should I get this one or that one?"
"Between this one and that one, which do you recommend?"
"Do you recommend this one or should I go for that one?"
