冷蔵庫はrefrigeratorけどfridgeの方が使います(短いバージョン)

いつも - always/often/usually
1番使えるのはusuallyと思います。会話系

冷蔵庫にあるもの - 先書いてあるのstuff使える。あとthingsもある (物)
