そして「ここの近くに似たようなお店があります」を言うと、
One of our sister restaurants is nearby. （このレストランの姉妹のレストランは近くにあります。）
「よかったらどうぞ」Would you like to go there? と言う丁寧な尋ね方にしました。

「似たようなお店」は「この店と関係あるお店」と違うから a store like this one の直訳を使ったら全然違うお店に導いてしまいます。

があります = There's
似たようなお店 = a similar store / a store like this one / a store just like this one
ここの近くに = nearby / close by / near here / in the vicinity.
よかったらどうぞ = If you'd like -> You're welcome to try it. / Feel free to try it.
