役割分担って英語でなんて言うの？

「役割分担」ですね？

sharing roles や the division of roles などもいかがでしょうか ？

「このプロジェクトの役割分担を決めます」は、
I'm going to assign some of the roles on this project to everyone.

We'll work on this project together. May I assign the roles?

こんな感じもいかがでしょうか？^^

role(s) = 役割
assign = 割り当てる
together = 一緒に

アダム先生＆ミチコ先生

"Everyone will be assigned a role on this project."
「全員でこのプロジェクトの役割分担をします」

＊ Everyone: 全員
＊ Assign a role: 役割分担する、役割をあてがう
＊ On this project: このプロジェクトに関して

assign 人 a role/task で、「（人）の役割分担を決める」。

役割分担を決める立場の人が「決めます」と言う場合には
　Let me 〜
で始めるといいですね。

今回はそれぞれの人の分担を決めるので、目的語は each of you を使い、
　Let me assign each of you the role in the project.

なお、each に assign するので、role と単数になります。
