「次の会議の部屋はどこですか」は直訳すると「Where's the room of the next meeting?」となります。それは大丈夫ですけど、この二つの例文はビジネス場面んいよく聞かれる表現です。
もう一つの言いは、「Do you know where the next meeting will be held?」です。これもっと丁寧方です。
