1.) when it becomes 9 (9時になったら) 「～たら」という文法は普通にifと訳せますが、時間と使う時は英語でifを使えません。つまり時間は絶対に経るから、もうしと時間は自然に英語で一緒に使えません。その代りに英語でほとんど同じ時に使う文書はwhen it becomes~と言います。

こちらも同じ意味です。
Let me know は Tell me より少し丁寧ですが、親しい人に言っても自然です。

9時になったら起こして！
Wake me up は 起こして という意味です。
