他にも言い方はあると思いますが、シンプルな例です。一般的な話としてYouを使っていますが、自分の話をしているなら主語がまた変わります。
お金や時間の余裕などでしたら、enough 「十分な」や afford「〜する余裕がある」を使うことが多いように思います。お金と心の言い方が違うので、日本語のように簡潔に言い表すのが難しいです。二文に分けた方が無難かもしれません。

十分なお金も必要でしょう。

これは自然に英訳するのが非常に難しいです！
「心のゆとり」を直訳しますと不自然で、意味が通じない英語となりますので、文脈によって相応しい表現を決めるしかないと思います。
例えとして〜
If your mind is completely preoccupied it's hard to anything. ＝＞
ニュアンスは「心は心配などでいっぱいで、余裕がなければ、何をしようとしても難しい」
If your short on money and under stress, it's hard to achieve anything. ＝＞
「お金の余裕もなく、ストレスの状態で生きていると、何かを果たすのが非常に難しい」
