電話対応って英語でなんて言うの？

「電話」は「Phone 」または「Telephone」で「対応」は「サポート」もしくは「correspondence」になります。

「会社にかかってきた電話対応で、その会社のイメージが決まると思っています。とても重要な対応だと思います。」は：
「I think that the image of the company will be decided by telephone correspondence that took on the company. I think that it is a very important response.」
になります。

「電話対応はその会社のイメージが決まるのでとても重要だと思います。」
"I think managing phone calls is important because it defines the image of that company." など

「電話対応」は　"Receiving phone calls." 又は　"answering the phone" の英訳が相当します。

「電話対応」そのまんま訳すと　telephone correspondence だと思います。電話でのやり取りと言う意味です。
この場合は　phone etiquette の言葉が正しいと思います。一般的に電話するときのマナーの意味です。
会社で使う電話対応は　business phone etiquette と言います。日本ほどキッチとした対応じゃないと思いますけど話し方を気をつけると思います。
使う言葉も多少決まってる気がします。
例えば「少々お待ちください」は　One moment please と使います。
電話を取って最初に話すときは Hello, （〇〇会社の名前）、（会社員の名前）speaking. How may I help you? のパターンはよく聞くと思います。
