The sound is low even though on both the computer and Skype, the volume is on max.
PCをかえたのですが、PCもスカイプも音量マックスなのに音がぼんやりしています。
I switched computers, and even though the volume on both Skype and the computer is on max, I can't really hear anything.
ぼんやり = faint / low / barely audible
