英語は日本語ほど擬音語が実は少ないのですが、
カメラの「パシャ」という音の場合、ぴったり相当するものがあります。
「click」です。
また、「シャッター」の音であることから、
「sound of the shutter」、「click of the shutter」
なども使えます。
例：
The birds dispersed upon hearing the camera's click.（「カメラが「パシャ」と鳴り、鳥達が去った。」）
After a harrowing 30 seconds of maintaining a smile, Jeremy finally relaxed his facial muscles when the click of the shutter sounded.（「カメラのシャッターの音が鳴り、30秒も笑顔を維持したジェレミーは、やっと顔の筋肉を緩めることができた。」）

As she walked down the aisle, she was met with a symphony of shutter clicks. （「彼女が通路を歩き下ると、「パシャパシャ」というシャッター音のシンフォニーが迎えた。」）
When you are taking a photo and you want everyone to smile, most commonly people say:
'Cheese!'
This is because when you say this word, it forces people to widen their mouth into a smile.
Sometimes the photographer will say another funny word to make people laugh or smile. The word may be related to the environment or the occasion.
