こういう場合、英語でいくつかの言い方があります。
最も一般的の方は「I must be getting old」という表現です。
I can't read the station name from here anymore. (駅名前をここからもう読めないか。) I must be getting old.
二番目の例文も便利です。
What was his name again...? I totally can't remember. (彼の名前は何でしたっけ。。。ぜんぜんおぼえてない。) I guess this is what it's like to get old.
