「動詞＋にくい」は「hard to 〇〇」又は「difficult to 〇〇」という英語の表現があります。

お母さんが作ったラザニアが焦げてしまったから、食べにくいです。
「so」を使うのは「because」と同じように原因と結果があるときに使えます。この文章では原因は「目的のページが見つけにくい」です。結果は「紙で読みたい」です。
