ご質問どうもありがとうございました。 下記の言い方ではいかがでしょうか。 １）「そういうのはしょうがないです。」の近い直訳です。 ２）「これは現実です。」 毎日、お洒落なレストランでランチする余裕はない。時間もない。 I don't have the time or money to go to a fancy restaurant every day. 手軽でスマートに食べられるような店がオフィスの周りにない！ I looked it up on my phone and there aren't even any places close to the office! そもそも選択肢がないのだ。 There were never any options to begin with. ご参考にしていただければ幸いです。

I cannot spare going to fancy restaurants, that's the reality, but there aren't restaurants around the office where I could easily grab a meal. お洒落なレストランでランチする余裕はない。という現実もさることながら手軽で食べられるような店がオフィスの周りにない！
