「納品予定日の3日前までに、必要書類を送ってください」って英語でなんて言うの？

・必要書類
　　”the necessary documents”　や　”the required documents”といった言い方ができると思います。

・納品予定日
　　”the expected shipping date"　"the shipment date"　"the scheduled shipping date" と言います。

at least を言わずに 3 days before the expected shipping dateとだけ言うと、「３日前に（その日のみ）」と言う表現になります。
Would you please send us the necessary documents 3 days before the expected shipping date?
「納品予定日の３日前までに、必要書類を送ってください。」

また、Would you please~?はとても丁寧な言い方です。

「納品予定日の３日前までに」
at least 3 days before the scheduled shipping date

at least 「少なくとも」を入れることで、納品（shipping) する日から少なくとも３日前（４日前でも５日前でも可）という日にちに猶予を与えた表現になります。

「３日前」は 3days prior to ~ と言い方もできます。
「必要書類」はいろんな表現ができますが、the required documents としました。
