これは先にやってそれからそっちは後でって英語でなんて言うの？
本当は必要書類がないとダメなのですが、その書類が届く前に無しでできる分は先にやって、無しでできないやつは書類が届いてからやるというシーン

例：
Do whatever you can until you receive the necessary documents, and then do the rest of it later.
「必要書類が届くまで、できることをやって、その後（書類が届いたら）残りをやって」
to receive the necessary documents で「必要書類を受け取る」
to do the rest で「残りをやる」
