Thank Godはホッとすることを表現するフレーズです。

アメリカ人は友達を金曜日に挨拶する時にたまに「TGIF」と言います。
次の２つのフレーズは普通の言い方です。
３つ目のFinally, the weekend!は短くて感情的な言い方です。

"Thank God it's Friday" is a popular exclamation to indicate that the weekend is finally here and the fun can begin. When Friday arrives, the working week is done and the weekend begins. Most people get into party mode and can't wait to have a beer or two for starters.

"Thank God it's Friday" は「ようやく週末がやって来て、楽しみが始まる」という意味のよく使われるフレーズです。
金曜日が来ると、一週間の労働が終わり週末が始まります。たいていの人はパーティーモードになって、まずはビールを1、2杯飲みたくなります。
パーティー好きの人たちが次のように言うかもしれません。
