届くは be delivered と表します。
ただ上記のシチュエーションは相手ありきなので「相手」という単語を省いた方が自然な英語になります。
年賀状は New Year's card must で〜しなければならない、お正月は New Year's Dayです。大文字になるところ注意してみてください。
