最初は"I'm washing your water bottle at the moment" を書いてます。これは日本語にしたら「今、水筒は洗ってる」になります。"at the moment" と "now" は同じ意味です。
そして、"so use a cup in the meantime" は「だから、この間コップを使って」という意味です。
"In the meantime" は「この間」と翻訳します。他の例、"My car is not working so I'm using the bus in the meantime" 「車は故障してるので、この間バスを利用してる。」
