Yudaiさんの文章は文法上は間違っておりません。通じます。
アカウント等は made よりも create が用いられたりopenが用いられたりします。
例）I opened a new bank account. （口座を開設した）
自分のアカウントというのは脈略上は伝わるので、a new account もしくは a new も取り払って an account でも大丈夫です。
もっとカジュアルにいう場合は、I started Tweeting. / I started Twitter.
Sign up for（〜に登録する・〜に参加する）を用いて I signed up for Twitter も使えますよ。

他に、「a Twitter account」というシンプルな言い方もあります。
語句の意味ですが、「create」は「〈人が〉…を（思考力・創造力によって）作り出す, 生み出す, デザインする, 創案する, 発明する」（ランダムハウス英和大辞典）、「open」は「〈口座などを〉開く」（ランダムハウス英和大辞典）といった意味です。
いろいろな言い方ができると思います。

最近ツイッターのアカウント開設したり、違うアカウントを作したいときこのフレーズを使う事をおすすめます。
この場合、古いアカウントとは対照的に「Started a new account（新しいアカウントを始めました）」と言う事ができます。
「I shut down my old account.（古いアカウントは閉鎖しました。）」や「I quit using my old account.（古いアカウントを使うのをやめました）」と言う事もできます。

"I made my new account on Twitter!" は全然ありですが、'my' はいらないよ！
"I made a new account on Twitter!" のほうが自然かな。
"I made a Twitter account." は「Twitterのアカウントを作成した」と言う意味です。
Kumiko と同じく、"I signed up for Twitter" も言えます。「Twitterに登録した」と言う意味を持ちます！
1.Just=最近。 Yudaiはオンライン手続きを完了し、彼の口座は最近開かれました。
2.この文は、口座が「新規:new」であることを強調する良い方です。多分、YudaiはすでにTwitterアカウントを持っていて、これは彼の新しい第2のアカウントという言い方になりますね。
