１つ目はちょっと直訳ですが自然に伝わります。
Is there a Japanese menu?
通じるは英語の直訳がありません。この場合は「日本語が話せる」と言います。
Is there a store that speaks Japanese?
日本語が話せる人がいるお店はある？
と聞きたいときに
Is there any store with Japanese speakers?
Are there any stores with Japanese speakers?
この場合のIs thereとAre thereの違い
Is thereは「１つだけでもいい」というニュアンスがあるのですが、
Are thereの場合は２つ以上があるという思い込みがあります。
