ウインナーを炒めていました。すると、子どもがウインナーちょうだい！と言ってきました。
「匂いでわかったの？」
「匂いでママが何を作ってるのか、わかったの？」
「何を作ってるのか見てないのに、わかったの？」
「すばらしい嗅覚だね」
「きつねと同じくらい、天才的な嗅覚持ってるね」

何を作ってるのか見てないのに、わかったの？ - even though you didn’t see what’s cooking, you know?
