B: You should be more than satisfied with the portions.
Portion のもう一つの言い方は serving です。このことばは 一人前 という意味があります。
Volume と言うと大丈夫ですが、私の意見は、このような使い方は日本語っぽいです。その代わりに、「the big portions」「the amount」または「the large amount they serve」を使えます。
