上記の表現は分かりづらいですが輪郭は outline という以外にも大体の考えと
言った意味で general idea とも言います。
この場合の人ならざるものは人間を超えるものという意味だと思うので
extraordinary being などが良いです。
「人間の輪郭がぼやけて人ならざるものに出会うかもしれない時刻」
"A moment when the general idea of a human blurs into an extraordinary being you may have yet to meet" など
英語で「輪郭」を表す言葉には outline や contour があります。「人間の輪郭」と言う場合は human outline（人間の輪郭・外形）や human contour（体の曲線を含む輪郭）がぴったりです。
また、文脈によっては human form（人の姿・人間の形）を使うと、より怪しげで神秘的な雰囲気が出ます。
