AよりもBの方に住みたいって英語でなんて言うの？

「AよりもB」という表現は、would ratherかpreferを使います。
しかし、「AよりもBに住みたい」というのは、空想的な話なので、would ratherを使います。
両方とも経験していて、空想的ではない場合はpreferです。
例
パンよりもご飯が好きです。
I prefer rice over bread.

「AよりBの方に住みたい」は、I would rather live in ... than xxx. を使って言います。

1) I'd rather live in B than A.
「どちらかというとAよりBに住みたい。」
would rather で「むしろ〜したい・どちらかというと」

I'd rather live in N.Y. than L.A.
「ロサンゼルスよりニューヨークに住みたい。」

または
I'd prefer to live in B more than A. を使って、

I'd prefer to live in Tokyo more than Osaka.
「大阪より東京に住みたい。」
とも言えます。
