今年もお祭りはやってる？って英語でなんて言うの？

"Is the festival on this year?"
「今年はお祭りはやってる？」

＊ festival: お祭り、フェスティバル
＊ be on: （イベントなどが）開催される、（計画などが）決行される

〜〜 is on とは日本語の「やる」「〜〜するつもりある」に似た、カジュアルな表現です。
イベントの他にも "are you guys still on for Friday?" (みんな金曜日の件は変更無しでOK？)など、予定が決行されるかを確認する場面にも使えます。
