[If I let you in, I'll have to let everyone else in.]って一番自然な言い方だと思いす。客にそんな言葉を言ったらちょっと失礼に聞こえられるかもしれないですけど。その客が仰ってるほどしつこくなっているなら別に使ってもいいと思いますけど。
もう少し丁寧に言いたいなら下記の文書がいいと思います。
I'm sorry, but we're closed right now. If other people see that I let you in, they might also want to come in, so for that reason I can't let anybody come in now. We'll be open again tomorrow if you want to come back.
ちょっと長くなりますけどこれを使ったら問題がありません。
If I serve you, then I might have to serve other people who come in after you.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーIf I serve you, then I might have to serve other people who come in after you.
「あなたに給仕をしたら、あなたの後から来た人も給仕しないといけなくなる」
to serve で「給仕をする・食事を出す」
