下って英語でなんて言うの？

「上下関係」は英語で”hierarchical relationship”で大丈夫です。
"hierarchy"とは「型組織」や「階層」の意味です。

「上」を”upper"と表現しても大丈夫ですが、「下」を”lower"と表現します。
「上位」を”upper level"と言います。

上司・先輩ーsenior
後輩ーjunior

「下」という言葉だけは英語でbelowと言います。しかし、上下関係の文脈でinferiorとも言えます。「上下関係」は英語でhierarchical relationshipです。hierarchy（階層）は「上下関係」の略語で意味もほぼ同じだから、それも使えると思います。

上下関係の言葉：
upper class=上流階級 and lower class=下層階級
superior= 上等 and inferior=下等

例：
That company uses a hierarchical relationship when giving promotions.
あの会社は昇進与える時に、上下関係を利用しています。

The upper class enjoys a luxurious life.
上流階級は贅沢な生活を楽しんでいます。

In regards to intelligence, monkeys are inferior to humans.
知能に関して、猿は人間より下等です。
