「味わってほしい」は「I want you to taste/try it」
「欲しい」はちょっと強い言い方だから、もっと優しく伝えたかったら「Please taste/try it」を使ってみようか。
例：Please try this funazushi. 「是非、このフナ寿司を味わってください」
「日本にしかないおいしい食べ物をぜひ味わってください。」は(By all means,)please try the delicious food that is only in Japan.
「しか～ない」はonly
「是非」はby all meansですけど、あまり現在的な表現ではないです。
