「こちらにいるか確認してみますね。鈴木太郎さんはいらっしゃいますか？」

鈴木太郎：Yes, that's me.
「はい、私です。」

「こちらに鈴木太郎さんはいらっしゃいますか？」は
Is there (a) Taro Suzuki here?
Is there anyone here by the name of Taro Suzuki?
と言えます。

「私です。（私が鈴木太郎です）」と言う時は
Yes, that's me.
I'm Taro Suzuki.
などと言えます。
