手間も時間も一緒って英語でなんて言うの？

「手間」は effort (努力）という意味です。
「時間」は time 。
「一緒」は the same (同じ）。

「手間も時間も一緒」をそのままで訳したら、
The time and effort is the same.

「１人分の料理を作るもの、２人分の料理を作るもの、大して手間は変わらない」
The time and effort to make food for one person is the same as it is to make food for two people.

「The time and effort to make food for one person」＝ １人分の料理を作る時間と手間
「(It is) to make food for two people.」= ２人分の料理を作るもの時間と手間

1)not a huge difference で、’大きな違いはない’という意味です。
’一人分も二人分の料理も大きな違いはない’

2)’手間や時間’は、amount of time で、’かかる時間’という意味なので、手間も含めて意味が成せると思います。(^^)
