レストランなどに入るときに人数を言うときは、数字だけ言うのが普通です。なので二人ならtwo、一人ならone、just one「一人だけ」と言います。
[テラス](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/55801/)をお願いしたいときはout in the terraceでもいいし、単にoutside「外」だけでもいいです（→can we sit outside?→外に座ってもいいですか？)。

The most common term in American English is the expression "Table for X number".
It means that X number of people wants to be seated and that is how many will be served at the restaurant as well.

This is a more polite and formal way of asking, often in a bar or restaurant, that you would like a seat for 2 people and for the seat and table to be on the terrace (the outside often with a nice view), by asking 'if possible' you are making this more polite as it has changed from a demand into a question.
"2 with a view" this is a more direct approach to this, but stating "2" you have implied a table for two people and that you would like a view.
