一番いいところでドラマがCMに入った/変わったって英語でなんて言うの？

to go to commercial は「CMに入る・変わる」というテレビの専門語です。
主語は 「ドラマ」で、普通は show と呼びます。
「いつ」を説明すれば動詞の後、述語で伝えます。「一番いいところで」は at the best part という。

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーI was watching a drama on TV and it went to commercial right at the best spot in the show.
「テレビでドラマを見ていたら、一番いいところでコマーシャルに入った」
to go to commercial で「コマーシャルに入る」
right at the best spot in the show で「番組の一番いいところ」
