「外」は英語で「outside」、「out」といいます。
「会社」は「company」ですが、この場合は「office」という単語を使うのが普通です。
I have a meeting outside of the office tomorrow.
明日は社外でミーティングがあります。

二つの例文の通り、「of」を使うときと省略するときもあります。
