産地って英語でなんて言うの？

日本語の「産地」が英語で「...producing area/district」か「Product of...」と言います。
「area」「district」が「地域」のような意味です。

以下は例文です：
宇治はお茶の産地として名高い　ー　Uji is famous as a tea-producing district
これらのりんごは青森県産　ー　These apples are product of Aomori prefecture in Japan

食べ物の産地を英語で表すときによく使われる表現には、"Product of（国名・地名）"「…の生産品」や "Made in（国名・地名）"「…で作られた」 があります。
例：　Made in Thailand「タイ産」
　　　Product of China 「中国産」

また、「輸入業者（…によって輸入された）」"Imported by..."、他にも "Distributed by..." や「販売業者（…によって販売された）」などの情報が書かれていて、生産地が分かりづらいこともあります。
