In the first sentence, you have used the word 'travel' in its noun form. 'Travel' functions both as a noun and as a verb. You could have used it as a verb and said: Enjoy the rest of your 'travelling' in Japan.
It is assumed that this person is on vacation. So, in the second sentence, you have used the noun 'vacation' which has several meanings, but, in this context, means 'an extended period of leisure and recreation, especially one spent away from home or in travelling; a holiday'.
The third sentence is exactly the same as the second one except that you have used the noun 'holiday' instead of 'vacation'.
