こんな感じで使えますよ。
シンプルに a big fan（大ファン）などもよく使います。
他にも、ちょっと極端な表現ですが、I worship ---. （〜を[信仰](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/69585/)する・崇拝する）という表現もよく使われます。

英訳例では主語を I にしておりますが、適宜に変えて下さいね。 例えば、「彼は熱狂的なファンだ」の場合は、He is....となります。
ABCの所は、その熱狂的ファンの対象となっている人物やキャラクターやグループ名を入れてください。 例：I'm a big fan of ARASHI. （私は嵐の熱狂的なファンです）
２番目の crazy for は「～に夢中です」という意味合いから、ハマっている＝熱狂的な、という意味にとれます。
